Operator-stated withdrawal rules

How Spinch withdrawals work

Spinch publishes payment-method labels and withdrawal rules in its own documentation. This guide keeps those operator-stated details separate from ScoreFairy observed payout evidence and from the time a bank or provider may need to deliver funds.

The instant question

“Instant” is Spinch’s label, not a universal receipt-time promise.

Spinch payments page

Withdrawal entries are marked “Instant”.

That is the processing label Spinch currently publishes beside the listed payment methods.

Spinch Terms & Conditions

Bank transfers: in principle within 10 banking days.

The Terms also say receipt depends on banks and payment systems. These statements describe different method or process contexts, not a guaranteed end-to-end arrival time.

ScoreFairy has no qualifying Spinch payout dataset with which to measure actual end-to-end withdrawal time.

Limits and turnover

Per-method limits are not the whole story.

  • The Terms set a general maximum withdrawal of €10,000 per transaction, with equivalent limits for certain currencies and crypto assets.
  • Indicative daily, weekly and monthly thresholds also depend on total deposit history and may be adjusted at the casino’s discretion.
  • The Terms say deposited funds must be played through at least three times before withdrawal. This is separate from bonus wagering.
  • Wins above €30,000 may be divided into monthly instalments of up to €30,000.
  • Bank-transfer payouts may incur intermediary-bank charges; the Terms describe these as limited in their experience to the equivalent of €16, not as a universal Spinch fee.

KYC and verification

Verification can hold a withdrawal.

Spinch’s Terms allow identity checks before payout processing and say processing time can be calculated from the date requested documents are verified.

What the KYC policy describes

  • Registration information including name, date of birth and phone number.
  • Proof of identity, such as a passport or identity card, and payment-card evidence may be requested.
  • Documents that are not supplied can lead to account suspension or closure; the policy says review may take up to 30 calendar days.

These are published verification rules, not a ScoreFairy measurement of how long a specific account review takes.

ScoreFairy observed evidence

There are no qualifying Spinch payout observations yet.
