Before requesting a withdrawal

Requirements in the terms.

  • Your profile must be complete.
  • At least one deposit is required.
  • Withdrawals are expected to use the same method used for deposit.
  • Verification checks may restrict withdrawals while they are in progress.
  • Withdrawals of USD 1,000 or more require an identity procedure and identification documents.
  • Withdrawals involving phone-operator transfers may be delayed 2–3 weeks for a fraud check.
  • Where turnover is less than twice the deposit, the terms say V.Vegas may withhold 20% to cover payment expenses. The terms also allow a cost-based fee for funds that have not been played.
  • The terms say that when withdrawals, current balance, and lifetime withdrawals reach at least 20 times total deposits, withdrawals may be limited to €5,000 during a 30-day period. This is a conditional account-history rule, not a universal withdrawal limit.

KYC and verification

Verification can affect withdrawals.

V.Vegas documentation describes identity and payment-ownership checks. Depending on the review, it may request identity documents, proof of address, payment-instrument evidence, a photo, source-of-funds or source-of-wealth information, and video or audio verification.

What the published policies describe

  • Identity document such as a passport or ID card.
  • Proof of address and evidence that the payment method belongs to you.
  • Additional source-of-funds or source-of-wealth information where requested.
  • Photo or video/audio verification in some cases.

Until verification is complete, the published terms say withdrawals may be restricted.
